SNAP provide a housing related support service to people living in Suffolk (excluding Waveney).
Our service is a short term service (typically up to 2 years) for people who are either homeless, at risk of homelessness
or have difficulty managing their accommodation and have housing related support needs.
SNAP is a partnership of 6 organisations:
